Passport for Older Adults & Caregivers by the Activity Center for Older Adults LaPorte

Paladin will exhibit at The City of LaPorte Park & Recreation’s Expo for Older Adults will feature an interactive experience for local older adults, retirees, and caregivers seeking products, services, and activities to improve their overall health.

We will also provide free vaccinations (flu and Covid) no appointment needed, transportation to and from the event upon request. Everyone vaccinated will receive a $25 gift certificate! Bring insurance card.
