Program Overview

Respite Services

Respite Services give caregivers time to rest and recharge while their loved one is supported in a safe, engaging setting. Care can take place at home, in the community, or at our wheelchair-accessible LaPorte County Respite Home.

PAC – Personal Assistive Care

PAC helps individuals with disabilities build independence, confidence, and community connection through in-home support and meaningful activities. Participants can enjoy outings, local events, and personalized experiences based on their interests.

Summer Camp for Children with Disabilities (Ages 5–17)

Our Summer Camp offers a safe, inclusive space for children and teens with disabilities to learn, play, and build friendships. Campers enjoy crafts, games, water play, themed activities, and field trips with individualized support.

Mission Moments

This year, one Paladin family transitioned to our respite services after experiencing inconsistent support from previous providers.

Since making the switch, they have seen a noticeable improvement and shared, “We switched to Paladin, and everything has been working much better.” With reliable support in place, their loved one has been able to participate in meaningful activities like art classes, volunteering, and other community opportunities.
The family especially values Paladin’s dependable care and commitment to helping her stay active and engaged. Their experience shows how respite services can improve quality of life for both the individual and their family.
