Program Overview
Paladin’s Behavior Management services provide hands-on support to help reduce challenging or unsafe behaviors and build skills for everyday success. Our Behavioral Clinicians partner with individuals, families, advocates, and staff, offering practical strategies that strengthen communication, coping skills, and appropriate social behavior.
Services can be delivered in the home, day programs, workplaces, and community settings (school support is observation only). Funding is available through the CIH and FSW Medicaid Waivers.

From engaging summer camps to creative group activities, Paladin has provided opportunities for growth, connection, and learning in a supportive environment.
